Welcome to Capy-Vibes! This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile game.

2. Information We Collect Directly

Capy-Vibes does NOT collect any personal information directly. We do not require account registration, email, phone number, or any personal details. All game progress (scores, settings, unlocked items) is stored locally on your device only.

3. Third-Party Services (Auto-Collection)

While we do not collect data ourselves, the following third-party services integrated into the app may automatically collect certain information:

• Firebase Analytics — may collect device model, OS version, app usage statistics, and crash reports to improve the app.We also use Firebase Cloud Firestore to securely store player progress (such as diamonds, outfits, and level) in the cloud. This data is associated with the player's account email and is not shared with third parties.
• Google Play Billing — processes all in-app purchases. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Advertising

We display advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads may use cookies or device identifiers to show relevant content. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

5. Data Storage

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. You can also choose to enable cloud save using your email and password, which securely stores your progress in Firebase Cloud Firestore. If you uninstall the app without cloud save, your local progress may be lost.

6. Parental Gate NEW

To ensure that all real-money purchases are made intentionally by an adult, Capy-Vibes includes a Parental Gate.

How it works:

• 🇷🇺 Russian: Перед любой покупкой за реальные деньги приложение показывает простую математическую задачу, которую ребёнку самостоятельно решить сложно. Это гарантирует, что покупки совершает взрослый, а не ребёнок случайно.
• 🇬🇧 English: Before any real-money purchase, the app displays a simple math problem designed to be solved by an adult, not a young child. This ensures purchases are made intentionally by a parent or guardian.

This feature is designed to protect children from accidental purchases and give parents peace of mind.

7. Children's Privacy

Capy-Vibes is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In addition, we comply with Google Play's "Designed for Families" program requirements.
